CLOTHES-LOVING STARS’ FASHION FAUX PAS IN PARIS
KATIE Holmes went all Posh again as she toured the Paris catwalks with Victoria Beckham.
It was the clear the pair had got ready together before they arrived for the Gian Battista Valli show.
Unfortunately for 5ft 10in Katie, who is regaining her figure after giving birth, Posh is a size four and an old hand at posing for the paparazzi.
Both opted for trendy strapless designs. But while Victoria’s corset dress and bolero jacket was sexy chic, Katie looked like an uncomfortable debutante, spilling out of her prom dress.
In yesterday’s Record the actress and fiancee of Tom Cruise was pictured copying the shady lady look of her new best friend when they went shopping in the French capital.
Posh has taken Katie under her wing - after coaching Girls Aloud’s Cheryl Tweedy on style during this summer’s World Cup.

So when she suggested the girlie pampering break to Katie, the new mum was delighted. But Katie was soon out of her depth.
Their arrival at the Yves Saint-Laurent show earlier in the week provided the first sign of a fashion disaster.
Katie, in a baggy white suit more John Travolta than Bianca Jagger, looked hopelessly casual, while Posh shone in tight black trousers and elegant cape.
The next morning, they had front row seats at Chanel and Victoria posed and twirled in a frilled white dress.
But Katie hovered in a tweed jacket and full-length skirt. All they had in common were their huge sunglasses.
It’s been a fashion coup for Posh who was slated at New York fashion week.
But Katie, who is almost 10 years younger, as well as a natural beauty with a better figure, has a lot to learn.
Maybe Posh can give her an advance copy of her forthcoming book on style, That Extra Half An Inch.
