Here was Kate Moss in Berlin last night - hosting a party to celebrate the launch of her new perfume, Velvet Hour. And very cool she looked too, with her smoky eyes and tousled hair and Marc Jacobs, diamond-studded dress.

Which was exatcly the same Marc Jacobs, diamond-studded dress that Victoria Beckham stepped out in in LA four months ago. Whoops!

Mind you, that wasn’t the worst thing to happen to Kate last night. That “tousled hair” of hers was so “tousled” - and, erm, artificial - that she ended up leaving a chunk of it behind, in the form of a hair extension which fell out of that pretty little head of hers. Hmm… wonder if Posh will be copying that look?
