This is a multipurpose building in Milano, Italy. There are: complex hall, office room, playground, and multipurpose rooms. The Tortona neighborhood: one of the most dynamic international hubs of fashion and design over the last 15 years. The design strategy: mixed usage, energy efficiency and a new form of city icon. The Tortona 37 project: a 5 white buildings complex set around a landscaped garden, a “micro-city in the city” covering 25.000 square meters that interprets the area’s multipurpose vocation through low environmental impact architecture. Building use: Multipurpose spaces (lofts, laboratories, offices, showrooms, bars, restaurants, shops etc.). Services provided: Architecture design, Public areas design, and Light design. Total building area: 30.000 m2.

Campus agency of Santander Totta Bank in Portugal was built by high artistic design. The Campus of the Setúbal Polytechnic Institute lies in the outskirts of the town of Setúbal, with various schools built during the eighties and nineties (including Alvaro Siza’s well known Teacher’s College) in a typical southern Portugal landscape of gently rolling slopes and patches of cork trees, all bathed in strong southern sunlight.
